HALOTEQ also provides the same level of 7/24/365 monitoring and management for systems deployed ‘on-premise’ at remote customer locations as well as other cloud based services (such as SaaS applications) the company’s clients depend on around the world. HALOTEQ’s core services include; private virtual clouds; hosted and managed virtual servers, virtual desktops, virtual PBX (telephones), and virtualized applications; all enhanced with managed IT and professional services.

HALOTEQ was founded in 2008 by a former Fortune 500 CIO with over 25 years of experience in technology and business management as a developer, supplier and buyer of a vast array of technology and business services. Michael A. Goff, Chief Executive Officer
Mike Goff is the CEO and President of HALOTEQ LLC, a full service IT solutions provider located in Sparks, and Ellicott City Maryland. And the founder and Managing Partner of Peachwood Partners, an independent investment and management consultation firm located in Baltimore Maryland. Mr. Goff has over 25 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry.
Mike started HALOTEQ in late 2007 following after serving for ten years as the Chief Technology Officer for T. Rowe Price Group and President of T. Rowe Price Investment Technologies, a 1,100 person technology development and operations organization dedicated to improving access, and quality of information for T. Rowe Price Group’s Global business operations.
Mike was recruited by T. Rowe Price from DST Systems in Kansas City, Missouri, where he served for eight years as a Vice President at as the charter member of DST’s Advanced Technology Group. While at DST he led the re-development of DST core recordkeeping systems and developed the Automated Work Distributor (AWD); a Business Process Management and Workflow automation platform. In addition to product development he was responsible for establishing global sales and support organizations to distribute AWD and other CRM Products.
Prior to DST, Mike was a Consulting Manager with Ernst & Young specializing in strategic planning, development and implementation of advanced technologies where he conducted strategic planning engagements for Hallmark, Sprint, Farmland Industries, Marion Labs, H&R Bloch, Pacific Gas and Electric, Dallas Methodist Hospital and others.
He began his career as a Systems Engineer with Employers Reinsurance Corporation, a division of GE Capital.
